We started our business because we wanted to help companies create valuable and easy-to-use vendor/contract management solutions. We saw companies struggling to keep accurate records. Renewals were processed without proper evaluation. Even the best efforts were reactive. It all came down to a strong desire to put our expertise to good use and make a difference. From there, Trident Contract Management was born.
Our mission is to put a practical framework around vendor and contract management. Our clients are secure in knowing where their contract, maintenance, and renewal information resides (a central source of truth) and efforts are guided by proactive management processes (consistent due diligence).
